WardrikDaemon.EnvFile (wardrik_daemon v0.1.0-rc.1)

Reads the env file: variables the daemon sets where its environment doesn't.

One NAME=value a line, with an optional export and optional quotes. Blank lines and # comments are skipped. Keep the keys and tokens config.yaml names here, so config.yaml holds no secret.
